# Return if anonymous FTP connections allowed

This function checks whether the account allows anonymous FTP connections.

Important:

When you disable the FTP role, the system disables this function.

    The version of the API.

    Whether the cPanel account allows anonymous FTP connections.
* 1 - Allowed.
* 0 - Not allowed.

    List of messages generated by the API.

    * 1 - Success
* 0 - Failed: Check the errors field for more details.
