# Enable Passenger application

This function enables a Passenger application and generates the Apache configuration on an account.



When you disable the Web Server role, the system  this function.

## Query parameters:

  - `name` (string, required)
    The Passenger application to enable on the account.
    Example: "slippers"

## Response 200 fields (application/json):

  - `apiversion` (integer)
    The version of the API.
    Example: 3

  - `func` (string)
    The name of the method called.
    Example: "enable_application"

  - `module` (string)
    The name of the module called.
    Example: "PassengerApps"

  - `result` (object)

  - `result.errors` (array,null)
    List of errors if the API failed.

  - `result.messages` (array,null)
    List of messages generated by the API.

  - `result.status` (integer)
