The Backup module for UAPI.

## Back up cPanel account via FTP

 - [GET /Backup/fullbackup_to_ftp](https://api.docs.cpanel.net/specifications/cpanel.openapi/backup/fullbackup_to_ftp.md): This function creates a full backup to the remote server via File Transfer Protocol (FTP). The system creates a file in the  filename format.
