# Disable global address book

This function disables the shared global address book for the current cPanel account's webmail accounts.

Endpoint: GET /DAV/disable_shared_global_addressbook

## Query parameters:

  - `name` (string)
    cPanel account username or a Webmail user's email address. If you do not specify a user, this parameter defaults to the currently-authenticated user.
    Example: "user"

## Response 200 fields (application/json):

  - `apiversion` (integer)
    The version of the API.
    Example: 3

  - `func` (string)
    The name of the method called.
    Example: "disable_shared_global_addressbook"

  - `module` (string)
    The name of the module called.
    Example: "DAV"

  - `result.data.shared` (integer)
    Whether the global address book is shared.
* 1 — Shared.
* 0 — Not shared.
    Enum: 0, 1

    List of errors if the API failed.

  - `result.status` (integer)
    - 1 — Success.
