# Add authorized user for protected directory

This function adds a user who can access a protected directory on the cPanel account.

Endpoint: GET /DirectoryPrivacy/add_user

Security: BasicAuth

## Query parameters:

  - `dir` (string, required)
    The directory to add users to.
    Example: "/home/example/example.com"

  - `password` (string, required)
    The password for the user.
    Example: "123456luggage"

  - `user` (string, required)
    The username of the user who can access the directory.
    Example: "example1"
