# Return domain's DNS information

This function returns DNS zone information about a domain.

Endpoint: GET /DNS/lookup
Version: 11.134.0.5
Security: BasicAuth

## Query parameters:

  - `domain` (string, required)
    A fully qualified domain name.
    Example: "example.com"

## Response 200 fields (application/json):

  - `apiversion` (integer)
    The version of the API.
    Example: 3

  - `func` (string)
    The name of the method called.
    Example: "lookup"

  - `module` (string)
    The name of the module called.
    Example: "DNS"

  - `result` (object)

  - `result.data` (array,null)
    Contains each response item.
    Example: ["example.com has address 93.184.216.34","example.com has IPv6 address 2606:2800:220:1:248:1893:25c8:1946","example.com mail is handled by 0 ."]

  - `result.errors` (array,null)
    List of errors if the API failed.

  - `result.messages` (array,null)
    List of messages generated by the API.

  - `result.metadata` (object)

  - `result.metadata.transformed` (integer)
    Post-processing may have transformed the data.

    - 1 - Success
- 0 - Failed: Check the errors field for more details.
    Enum: 0, 1
