# Validate email account password

This function verifies the password for an email account.



When you disable the Receive Mail role, the system  this function.

## Query parameters:

  - `email` (string, required)
    The email account address.
    Example: "username@example.com"

  - `password` (string, required)
    The email account password.
    Example: "123456luggage"

## Response 200 fields (application/json):

    The version of the API.

    The name of the method called.
    Example: "verify_password"

    The name of the module called.
    Example: "Email"

    Whether the password is valid for the email account.
