This function returns a list of recommended PHP versions.

Endpoint: GET /get_php_recommendations

## Response 200 fields (application/json):

    The version of the API.
    Example: 3

  - `func` (string)
    The name of the method called.
    Example: "get_php_recommendations"

  - `module` (string)
    The name of the module called.
    Example: "EA4"

    An array of recommended PHP versions.
    Example: ["php80"]

    List of errors if the API failed.
