# Enable all user privileges on PostgreSQL database

This function grants all privileges for a PostgreSQL® database to a database user.



When you disable the  role, the system  this function.

## Query parameters:

  - `database` (string, required)
    The database's name.



If database prefixing is enabled, this value  include the database prefix for the account.
    Example: "example_database"

  - `user` (string, required)
    The database user's name.



If database prefixing is enabled, this value  include the database prefix for the account.
    Example: "example_dbuser"
