This function retrieves the cPanel account user's configuration settings for two-factor authentication.

Endpoint: GET /TwoFactorAuth/get_user_configuration

## Response 200 fields (application/json):

  - `apiversion` (integer)
    The version of the API.
    Example: 3

  - `func` (string)
    The name of the method called.
    Example: "get_user_configuration"

    The name of the module called.
    Example: "TwoFactorAuth"

    Whether two-factor authentication is enabled for the account.
