This function lists file information.

We strongly recommend that you use the UAPI function instead of this function:

Fileman::get_file_information — This function returns the information for a specified file or directory.

Important:

When you disable the File Storage role, the system disables this function.

You must URI-encode values.
username represents your account-level username.
You must include the --user=username option.
